The purpose of this program is to empower women, support them to realise their potential and achieve their career and life aspirations. Developing this program was a priority for Kylie after many years of mentoring and coaching women from all walks of life, of different ages and socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. This women’s coaching program was developed to support women at all stages in their career journey, including:

- Young women exploring post-school education and employment pathways

- Women from culturally and linguistically diverse and refugee backgrounds
Kylie has a history of supporting women in general and often women from diverse backgrounds wanting to enter or re-enter the Australian workforce for the first time. One-toOne coaching sessions can help you overcome limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, lack of vision and lack of purpose.
How does Elevated Women’s Coaching work?
Elevated Women’s Coaching provides coaching sessions that focus on developing confidence, self-worth, goal setting, and exploring vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment and/or training. Our program is founded on the idea that female empowerment is necessary for gender equality.
